BLACK HORSE

2022 - 2024

Black Horse originated as a bold, immersive dine & concert experience curated by James Boulangerie — a renowned culinary house founded by Chef James, Iron Chef Thailand Champion. From an event born out of passion for music, culture, and craft which happened at Icon Siam. Black Horse is now evolving into a refined dining and cocktail bar in the heart of Phran Nok.

The new establishment will serve Thai fusion cuisine alongside artisanal cocktails, embracing a sensorial experience that bridges nostalgia and innovation — where storytelling is felt in every detail.





TASK

The client requested that the logo feature a horse as a symbolic link to the original James Boulangerie identity — preserving the prestige and artistic roots of the parent brand.

Design a brand logo centered around a horse motif that reflects mystery, strength, and sophistication.

Define a visual direction with a vintage-luxury tone — dark palettes, gold accents, classic serif typography.

Create supporting graphic elements and illustrative assets for both print and digital.

Food prop styling and photoshoot which reflects the brand story.

Our goal is to deliver a visually compelling brand identity that feels exclusive yet artistic — a hidden destination where food, design, and story meet.
